World Votes for Democracy

I think people of the world should be able to "vote" for what the police (United States) of the world does.

What do you think?

If we're really such the democratic believers, should we not allow the experience of democracy? Perhaps there could be some unfair problems with that. I assume there could be dictators that say "vote for USA to go away or you'll be punished!" Maybe these "votes" should be held in many fashions, by top intellectuals (like, the people who try to make peace for the world, ambassadors).
