This appears to be a funny CitiBank Commercial about defective merchandise. It does seem pretty funny. I don't think treadmills normally act like this.

I do think treadmills are fun, but can be dangerous though. So be careful and do NOT try to stand still on them while they're moving, especially at high speeds while holding a large plastic bowl filled with liquid ear wax.
